Oncology
Any recliner or combination of recliners may be right for your oncology suite. First, ask yourself what you and your patients’ needs are. If patient transportability is a necessity, any of our wheeled-recliners will work well. Will you need trendelenburg? It’s available on all recliner models. The 56 Series chair will accommodate your larger patients (up to 500 lbs.). Our chairs are transformed into a stretcherchair, providing an excellent surface for many procedures. And for visitors wishing to stay all night, consider one of our Overnighter models. Review all of the accessories and complementary products and we’re sure you’ll find exactly what you need.
Surgery
One of the many benefits of our recliners is that they can be used as transporters (wheelchairs). Below we have highlighted our wheeled products. Push handles and casters with brakes make these recliners ideal and more convenient for transporting the patient. In addition, you may equip any recliner with the trendelenburg option.
Infusion Therapy
Any recliner in our line below will work for Infusion Therapy use, but which specific chair is best for your clinic? Patient profiles play a key role in making this decision. You can accommodate larger patients by choosing the 56 Series. Add accessories to complement the chair. Also ask yourself: Do I need trendelenburg? Do I need to move patients while they stay in the chair? Should I add an IV pole and bracket? Ask these questions and then find the answers with Champion.
Dialysis
Our most popular dialysis chairs are the 54 and 56 Series models. They will easily and comfortably accommodate most any patient. Add accessories for comfort and even trendelenburg to your chair and you have the perfect recliner for your dialysis setting. Always ask yourself how you are going to use the chairs, then its easy to pick the right model. Our 56 Series will help make even your larger patients feel right at home. Cleanability and infection control objectives are easily met with features like our quick-release seat. Don’t forget task chairs for your nurse’s station along with companion stools.
Patient Rooms
For most general uses, you will not need as many features as other departments in the clinic or hospital. The main question you should ask is whether or not the chair needs to be a patient transporter. We offer models with caster wheels, but the 55 Series is stationary. Then ask, does the chair need to be equipped with tables or even a trendelenburg option? You decide what you want the chair to do and Champion will build it to meet your needs.
