Champion Manufacturing, Inc. receives UL/CSA certification

Champion's Power Recliner series (standard and bariatric sizes) has been officially registered as completing the UL and CSA certification process through an independent Testing Laboratory TUV Rheinland of North America, Inc.

Tested to UL 60601-1:2003 R6.03 and CAN/CSA-C22 No. 601.1-M90, the power recliner series has met the standards for safety requirements of MEDICAL ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. These accredited tests are proof of compliance with U.S. National and Canadian National standards in accordance with OSHA and SCC regulations.

According to Doug Keeslar, President of the company, "The completion of these tests illustrates our commitment to excellent product performance and reliability.
